3- When your friend comes in and spends $300, you both get a $50 credit added to your accounts.

Our Referral Credits are a way for us to show appreciation to our awesome clients who refer their friends and neighbours, family, or colleagues to our clinic. When you refer a new client to us and they schedule and completing a procedure (of $300 or more before taxes) you and your friend will receive a $50 credit applied to your accounts.
Once your referred friend is ready to schedule an appointment, make sure they have the referral card with your complete name and contact number provided (cards are available at the clinic). When they arrive for their appointment, they present us with the referral card, and once they have had a qualifying treatment ($300 or more before taxes on treatments or services) both you and your friend will have the $50 credit applied to your accounts.
You can redeem credits as soon as they are applied to your account. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing. Referral credits can be used to pay for up to 50% of any treatment or service.
There is no limit to the number of new clients you can refer to our clinic, so share with as many friends, colleagues or family members as you like. We appreciate you helping us grow our clinic and want to reward you for each successful referral.
We want to keep our Referral Credit program nice and simple, but there are a few "Terms and Conditions" to be aware of (they are listed below). One of the main conditions to be aware of is that the referred client must be a new patient who has not visited our clinic before. Also, the Referral Credit can only be used towards qualifying procedures or services and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or sales.
Credits do not expire. Feel free to use them any time. Use them as soon as you earn them, or save them to use later.
You can pick up referral cards from the clinic any time you're in, or drop by when we're open. Call ahead to make sure someone is around when you plan to come in.
Once your referred friend completes their qualifying procedure and brings in the referral card we will update your account and their account with the $50 CREDIT- that's the Jane booking system you use to make appointments. If you want to confirm your credit balance you can look up the 'Pay Balance' on your Jane account, ask us when you're in for an appointment, or send us a message.
Terms and Conditions
1. You must provide a referral card with your complete name and contact number to your friend to be eligible for the credit. Referral cards are available at the clinic.
2. Your Friend must purchase a service (skincare and other product purchases are not eligible) from Sunrise Medical Aesthetics that costs $300 or more before taxes. The credits will be assigned after the paid service.
3. The referrer (that's you), will receive a $50 credit for each new customer you have referred that has paid for services of $300 or more before taxes. Your friend will receive a $50 credit too, after their first paid service.
4. Credits may be accumulated and redeemed to pay for up to 50% of any of our services/treatments. They cannot be used to purchase products (eg skincare).
5. The referrer and the newly referred client (your friend) must both have a paid service to apply the credits to.
6. Customers who are currently or have been past clients of Sunrise Medical Aesthetics are not eligible for the referral program.
7. In the event a new client is referred by two or more referrers Sunrise Medical Aesthetics will only issue one credit and is solely responsible for determining the referrer in such situations.
8. Sunrise Medical Aesthetic Referral Credits are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
9. Referral Credits cannot be used for or combined with any promotions, discounts or sales, or be used to purchase gift certificates or gift cards.
10. Sunrise Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel the Referral Credits of any referring customer and/or referred customer.
